Since the Project’s inception in 2000 there have been different staff and Steering Committee members, depending on research funding and research foci. Currently, the project is funded by a SSHRC grant examining the role of public banks in financing public water services, and involves the following core people:
David A McDonald is Director and Founder of the Municipal Services Project, and Professor of Global Development Studies at Queen’s University, Canada.
Thomas Marois is Associate Director of the Municipal Services Project, and Professor of Political Economy in the Department of Political Science, McMaster University, Canada
Susan Spronk is Associate Director of the Municipal Services Project, and Associate Professor in the School of International Development and Global Studies at the University of Ottawa, Canada
