The contents of the Municipal Services Project (MSP) website are provided for informational and educational purposes only. The material on this website may be used and reproduced for non-commercial, personal or educational purposes provided that it is not modified and that you do not delete any copyrights and other legal or proprietary notices contained therein.

Personal Data

The Municipal Services Project respects your right to privacy. Any personal information you provide is known only by the Municipal Services Project and you, unless we state otherwise at the time of collecting the data. The only personal data we collect is the information you provide when you sign up or create a profile to access a specific feature of the website (e.g. discussion forum, uploading resources) or if you contact us. You are free to edit or delete any personal information within your profile at any time. If you choose to provide us with personal information in an email we will use that information to respond to your messages. Messages sent by email can be intercepted on the internet by third parties unrelated to the project, as is the case with any email communication. If you are concerned about sending your personal information by email you can contact us by another method (such as fax). All information is kept as secure as possible. The MSP does not collect personal information for commercial, marketing, or distribution to private organizations. Any personal information you share with us will be kept confidential unless explicitly stated at the time of collection or if you give us permission to share that information with the public. The only exception is if the Municipal Services Project is required to release information by law, in which case we will still seek to inform you.

This traffic data information is collected with the sole purpose of improving the website and our communications and is not in any way linked or related to any personal data that you provide.
